The fruit of this meeting was … During the war on Gaza 2008-2009, we met a group of artists in Jordan, to post our objection versus the repetitive Israeli war crimes against civilians and humanity. The fruit of this meeting was a song: “Death after Death”. We wanted to address the world, east and west, through a code they understand: the death code which we BORROWED from the Canadian poet and singer Leonard Cohen. We used his concept of normal natural death as a pretext to look at the irony of our imposed death, the horrifying death of our human being and the phosphoric death in Palestine. And because we love life, and we refuse genocide and racial cleansing by the Israeli hands, and we refuse undermining our people: we will insist on documenting the truth and we reserve all rights to live and die naturally.
